| Abstract: | This paper, used the law of documents and materials, interviewing experts, has moved and carried on the discussion on Wushu and Sanda in terms of aesthetics. Having explained the essence of Wushu and Sanda with beautiful movements, the paper sums up the aesthstic characteristic of moving in Wushu and Sanda: the beauty of nobleness, involvement, will and rhythm. |
