| 摘 要： | 文化建设具有导向、激励、凝聚和约束作用,因此,在银行业监管作用日益凸显的今天,银监文化建设越发重要。作为具有行政监管职能的部门,依法高效、诚信透明、民主平等、开放创新、科学灵活的文化自然成为银行业监管部门文化建设的首选目标。为此,在银监文化建设过程中,必须循序引导、熏陶思想,整章建制、完善管理,督促落实、规范行为,广泛宣传、政务公开。
