| 摘 要： | 信息化是把“双刃剑”，一方面使居于发展优势地位的城市“信息过剩”；另一方面又给本来处于发展劣势地位的农村造成严重的“信息饥饿”。所以，正确认识农村信息化建设的意义十分重要。
