摘    要:学业羞愧情绪是很多学生在学习过程中体验到的一种"破坏性"情绪,具有学业羞愧体验的学生会在认知和行为上有一系列的表现。对学业失败的知觉、不可控的归因方式、较低的自我效能感和自我知觉都会影响学业羞愧情绪的产生。学业上的羞愧情绪虽然具有消极作用,但也可以对部分学生的学习起到促进作用,教师要充分认识到羞愧情绪的双刃剑作用,并采取具体措施,积极有效地培养学生的羞愧韧性,发挥羞愧情绪的积极作用。
