| 摘 要： | 种种社会原因促进了我国婚姻家庭的质量不断提高，同时也带来了众多的婚姻家庭社会问题。其中，最突出的就是“第三者介入”婚姻家庭问题。“第三者介入”行为通常指通奸、姘居，对此，一般通过离婚诉讼程序来解决。
