| 摘 要： | 通过采用文献资料调研和数量经济等方法对人力资本价值核算理论分析和研究，探索和建立一套评价不同运动技能职业运动员人力资本价值测度模式。通过运用这一测度模式，为今后制订职业运动员薪酬、转会价格等方面提供较为科学、合理的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature and mathematical economics,this paper made study on human capital accounting, explored and established a appraisal way of professional athlete with different sport skill. The main purpose was to provide the scientific and rational reference for setting the standard of payment and price of transform of professional athlete in the future. |
