| 摘 要： | 《联合国宪章》中的＂大国一致＂原则,是联合国建立的基石,保证了联合国的统一和作用的发挥,但其自身又充满矛盾,时常成为大国之间掣肘的理由,也不断为人所诟病,尤其是在联合国改革问题上,成了横亘在改革面前的一条难以逾越的鸿沟。
