| Abstract: | Network organization is a new framework of enterprise,this organization mode is available for a company to obtain information.Based on the analysis of the multilayer of organizational knowledge creation and the reference of the results of Ikujiros' research,it works on how knowledge evolving from individual to the companies of a network organization,and tries to develop the SECI model. |
