| 摘 要： | 五省边境区域教育发展战略的制定,必须充分考虑区域教育发展的人才需求、区域教育需求的趋向和区情条件等依据,并坚持切实可行的原则、系统协调的原则、适度超前发展的原则、可度量的原则和创新性与继承性相结合的原则。

| Abstract: | When establishing the educational development strategy for five frontier provinces,we should thoroughly consider some necessary bases,such as the talents demand of regional education development,the tendency of regional education demand,regional conditions,etc.In addition,we should adhere to the important principles of practicability,systems coordination,moderate exceeding development,measurability and combining originality with inheritance. |
