摘    要:基于文献研究与实际调研,建立了包含变革型领导、团队氛围、知识共享以及团队创新绩效之间相互关系的结构方程模型。以我国部分高新技术企业的研发团队为调查对象搜集数据,对结构方程模型进行了实证检验,结果发现,变革型领导与团队氛围和知识共享呈正相关;团队氛围与知识共享呈正相关;团队创新绩效受团队氛围与知识共享的正面影响,但与变革型领导相关性并不显著。

Abstract:Based on the review of relevant literature and survey,this paper constructs a structural equation model(SEM)considering four factors in the model together.So the purpose here is to explore a little further into the causal relationship about four factors.This study is focused on the R&D team in hi-tech firms in china.The results show that transformational Leadership Style is a critical factor to form the team climate and promote knowledge sharing,and team climate has a direct influence on knowledge Sharing.B...
