社会弱势群体的远程教育援助

社会弱势群体的问题关系到社会的公正和公平,而为弱势群体提供远程教育援助则是建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的内容之一.在实践层面,我国已经利用农村党员干部现代远程教育工程为广大农民和农民工提供远程教育援助,全国农广校也在为广大农民提供远程教育援助方面发挥着重要作用,中央电大也开展了残疾人的远程教育援助工作.然而,现代远程教育试点院校还应积极开展社会弱势群体远程教育援助方面的工作,进一步扩大社会弱势群体的远程教育权利和机会,在技术手段上还应混合使用多种媒体技术,增加对社会弱势群体的经济援助.
