| 摘 要： | 在对用户的表达、认识和潜在信息需求3个层次结构进行分析的基础上,探讨适应用户表达、认识和潜在信息需求的图书馆信息服务模式体系,并提出适应用户需求的图书馆服务策略即对接需求、确认需求和超越需求。
