| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争以后，在外商资本的竞争下，中国传统的航运体系濒于崩溃，经过一番酝酿，1873年洋务派在上海创办了轮船招商局。作为外商资本的有力竞争对手，招商局在和外商资本的相互利益争夺中，双方既有针锋相对的抗衡，也有无可奈何的妥协。

| Abstract: | After the Opium War, the Chinese traditional shipping system approached the collapse under the foreign capital competition. After some deliberation, China merchant steamship company was originated by the Westernization Group in 1873. As a powerful competitor of foreign capital, both the Merchant Company and the foreign capital not only have the resistance tit for tat, but also have the compromise which has no alternative in the mutual benefit contention. |
