| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后，随着美国全球战略的改变，美国的亚太战略也随之发生了重大的变化，这使其对华政策也做出相应的调整。冷战后美国对华政策的调整经历了一个由以遏制为主接触为辅向下接触为主遏制为辅助的过程。形成这一特点的原因是美国对中国战略地位认识的变化及美国国内不同利益集团在对华政策上的竞争和力量消长。美国对华政策上的两面性特点成为影响冷战后中美关系的主要因素。
