| Abstract: | Introducing to the current situation of small and mediu-sized enterprise in Bijie experimental region and putting forward the corresponding incentive strategies on the analysis of the problems of small and mediu-sized enterprise employees incentive,this paper proposes a reasonable,fair and competitive salary sys- tem, creating a good working atmosphere and taking a variety of incentives. |
