| 摘 要： | 2006年第二次全国残疾人监测数据显示，内蒙古自治区残疾人就业状况，与正常人相比存在较大差距，且有进一步边缘化的趋势。在对内蒙古残疾人就业状况、就业结构、发展趋向进行描述和分析的基础上，从公共政策的视角解析了造成现状的原因，探讨了促进残疾人就业的公共政策作用发挥的有效途径，提出内蒙古残疾人就业公共政策执行过程中亟待解决的问题，并结合问题，有针对性的提出了建议。

| Abstract: | According to the second national disabled monitoring data in 2006, in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region the gap of employment status not exists but marginalized further between the disabled and the normal subjects. Describing and analyzing disable people ＇ s employment status, em- ployment structure and development trend, the author interprets the causes of forming current situation from the perspective of public policy, exploring the effective way of operating public policy to promote the disabled to employ, and discusses the problems in implementing correlated policy and resolution strategy. |
