| 摘 要： | 当前我国司法案件审判报道中出现的新闻媒体与法院审判工作冲突的情况，究其实质是记者采访权与独立审判权之间的冲突。分析司法案件审判中记者采访权的内容和界限以及法院在审判活动中如何保障记者采访权的问题，提出了司法案件审判中做好新闻采访报道的措施。

| Abstract: | The current judiciary -judgment news reports exist the conflict between news media and court trial, which is essentially interview right conflicting with independent judicial authority. Analyzing the content, limitation of interview right and related safeguarding from the court in trial, the author discusses some measures to do well news gathering and reporting. |
