着力构建与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的社会信用体系

信用是市场经济的基石。目前,我国正处于由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变的转型期。在转型过程中,传统的信用体系已被打破,而与现代市场经济体制相适应的信用体系尚未形成,使我国"失信"事件频发,影响了社会的和谐与稳定。为此,必须加强社会信用体系建设,这是构建现代市场体系的必要条件,也是规范市场秩序的治本之策。
