私营企业主作为一个新的社会阶层正在我国迅速崛起 ,并日益成为推动我国经济社会发展的一支重要力量。加强党对私营企业主的统战工作 ,应本着“团结、帮助、引导、教育”的方针 ,从加强教育、注重引导、健全机构、强化服务、维护私营企业主的政治权利和经济利益等方面展开统战工作 ,帮助他们树立在党的领导下走建设有中国特色社会主义道路的信念 ,做到爱国、敬业、守法 ,使私营经济健康发展 ,充分发挥其在促进国民经济发展中的积极作用

As a new social stratum the owners of the private enterprises are rising rapidly in China, and are becoming an important strength in promoting social economy.
