| Abstract: | With analysing the feasibility of IC card application in the management of civil engineering, the design plan of IC card application system in the management of civil engineering is discussed in detail, and its active effect for regulating the construction behavior of the civil engineering market is also presented. IC card can be used in wide application field and it can promote the developement of the information engineering. |
