| 摘 要： | 青年大学生在心理方面表现出趋于两极化的矛盾心理,造成青年大学生"两极心态"的原因包括:青春期延长的社会背景,第二反抗期出现的个体心理,认知与情绪失衡的自我调节,以及问题直接暴露的大众传媒原因等。这给我们带来的启示是:调适青年大学生的"两极心态",一是要强化基础理论课的基础地位;二是要创建具有人文气息的校园文化环境;三是要开展心理知识普及和心理咨询;四是要引导青年大学生学会自我调适等。

| Abstract: | Young university students show a polarized mindset, caused by prolonged adolescence, the second negative phase, misbalance between recognition and moods, and social problems exposed by public media. Some measures should be adopted including strengthening essential theoretical courses, building a humanity-oriented campus environment, promoting psychological knowledge and psychological consultation, and directing young university students to self-adjustment. |
