手腕在钢琴演奏中的运用

在钢琴演奏中,手腕的运用是非常重要的。它为充分发挥手指的灵巧度创造了更好的条件,手指的练习必须伴随手腕的练习。钢琴对手腕的基本要求有：灵活、放松、富有弹性、爆发力、支撑力、内在调节力、上下灵活摆动、左右灵活摆动、上下左右圆圈式的综合动作,等等。本文分别从连奏和断奏及其它方面对手腕在钢琴演奏中的运用加以分析说明。

On Using Wrists in Piano Playing

Wrists play a key role in playing the piano effectively and freely since they are the pivot connecting arms and fingers.The following basic requirements should be adhered to: flexibility,relaxation,elasticity,explosive force,holding power,adjustment,bobbing up and down smoothly,swaying from side to side freely,movements including up and down,sideways and in a circle,etc.This paper analyzes the function of wrists from legato and staccato practice in playing the piano.
