摘    要:“有教无类”教育理念主张教育公平,包容个体差异,关注人的发展,适宜当前高职院校的教育理念。应该建立平等互信的师生关系,运用科学有效的育人方式,全方位提升教师的能力水平,采用与时俱进、常教常新的教育方法,因材施教,因人而异,实现人人成才。

Abstract:"make no social distinctions in teaching"education advocates the education fair, inclusive of individ?ual differences, focus on human development, is suitable for the current higher vocational education. To establish equality and mutual trust relationship between teachers and students, the teaching methods, scientific and effec?tive to enhance teachers' ability to keep pace with the times, the ordinary education method, new often teach stu?dents in accordance with their aptitude, and the appropriate person, realize all talent.
