关于核心期刊的评价效用问题

核心期刊不等同于“学术榜”，二者的评价效用有着显著的不同，这是由于核心期刊的本来含义及筛选方法与结果所决定的。以期刊是否进入《总缆》所列核心期刊表、或论文是否在该核心期刊上发表，作为评价期刊的学术质量与论文的学术水平的唯一标准是不科学的，是对核心期刊评价效用的曲解和误解。

The key periodicals is not equal to the academic list of names posted up. There are have clear difference in evaluation between them,which is determined by the meaning and the selection method of the key periodicals. It is not scientific to evaluate the periodicals or the journal papers based on whether the periodicals are on the list of the key ones or the journal papers are published in the key periodicals. There is misunderstanding to the evaluation effectiveness of the key periodicals.
