| 摘 要： | 学历证书与职业资格证书相互衔接融通、并举并重是当代职业教育的重大特征.职业教育与职业资格证书制度是互为作用、相辅相成的有机互动关系,其中既有丰富的内涵--至少有六个层面的互动,又有客观必然性--从多个角度都有必要.在现阶段如何实现二者多种要素的有机互动,需要职业教育制度和职业资格证书制度各自的完善以及相互之间多方面的协调与沟通.
