| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区干预对孕产妇的保健作用,调查分析经社区干预后孕产妇现状变化的结果。方法将西湖社区辖区内2010年5月～2011年5月452例孕产妇分干预组和对照组,社区干预一年后,对两组做问卷调查。结果干预组产妇较对照组产妇伤口恢复早、好,恶露干净较早,乳汁不足者少,乳房胀痛者少,无一例乳腺炎和乳头皲裂的发生;干预组母乳喂养率97.3%;对照组母乳喂养率79.6%。结论对孕产妇施行从早孕开始到产褥期结束的针对性、系统性、持续性的社区干预,可以促进产妇产褥期的恢复,减少和预防产后不良因素的发生,并可提高母乳喂养率。
