对设置康复治疗技术专业的调研分析与建议

为做好新专业设置工作,于2010年对黄冈市及部分沿海地区城市的康复治疗行业进行了调研,以了解该行业的现状及专业人才需求情况。调研结果表明,黄冈市医疗卫生机构中,康复治疗技术的发展与社会需求极不相称,存在着行业专业水平偏低、从业人员学历和职称偏低、人才结构比例不合理、技术人才匮乏等问题;沿海地区的康复治疗业较内地发达得多,但专业技术人员匮乏的现象依然十分严重,对人才的需求更为迫切。因此,增设高职康复治疗技术专业是区域经济建设发展的需要,也是行业发展的需要。

Research Analysis and Recommendations on Setting Rehabilitation Therapeutic Techniques Specialty
