| 摘 要： | 伴随着国家城镇化和工业化的推进,农村剩余劳动力转移仍将继续,他们将继续为国民经济增长和发展做出积极贡献。针对当前农村剩余劳动力转移中出现的人力资本存量不足现状,从培育其人力资本流量和存量视角,结合实例,提出了打造服务型政府、丰富培训内涵等四个提升农村剩余劳动力综合素质和技能的具体对策。
