岗位与岗前培训"三部曲"--新经济背景下高校管理干部培训的新思考

The "Trilogy" of In-service and the Pre-service Training--New Thinking of Managerial Personnel Training of Colleges and Universities in the New Economical Background

As to the in-service and pre-service training in colleges and universities,the defects must be conquered such as the dull training patterns,the vague training contents,single training aim and optional training plan so as to do away completely with "the stubborn illness" of "curing the symptoms,not the disease",eradicate "the evil root" of "potential and mechanical copy".We must speed up the connotative development of continuing education and perform perfectly the "trilogy" of creating training contents,reforming training patterns and broadening training ways.
