摘    要:利用动力学分光光度法测定钼的方法并不多见[1—2]。本文提出了一种新的催化分光光度法测定痕量钼的方法。在酸性条件下,钼(VI)能催化氯酸钾氧化对硝酸基苯肼成偶氮离子继与变色酸偶联生成红色偶氮化合物(λ_(max)=515nm)。钼(VI)含量在0—0.06ug/ml范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数ε~1为1.1×10~6。应用于豆类植物中钼的测定,结果较满意。

Abstract:Anew catalytic spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determina-tionof trace- amounts of molybdenum. Molybdenum ( VI ) catalyzes the oxidation of p-nitrophenyl hydrazine by potassium chlorate to diazobenzene diazonium ion which is then eoupled With chromotropic acid to form a red azo dye ( λmax = 515nm ) in acidic medium, A fine linear relatios is found between the absoebance and the concentration, of molybdenum ( VI ) in the range from 0 to 0.06 mg/ml. The sensitiuity presented as apparent molar absorptivity eqnals to l×106. Trace amounts of molybdenum in beans have beende-terrnined with satisfactoy results.
