取消农业税后鄂西北山村的脱贫出路

鄂西北山区目前仍然是我团经济十分落后的地区之一，取消农业税后的贫困村庄，在减轻发展负担的同时，要实现脱贫致富仍然面临着一些很现实的难题。从村民脱贫致富的需要看，县、乡（镇）目前的工作重点是：一、组织科技下乡；二、引人下山；三、培育民间非政府组织。

The rural area in the northwest of Hubei Province is still as one region of backward economy.All rural villages,after the banishing of agricultural tax,has lessened their burdens of development,but at the same time,they are facing many actual difficulties in the way to break poverty and become prosperous.From the view of village people's need to break poverty and become prosperous,the key points for county and town's work are to organize science and technology into countryside,to lead mountain people down from the mountains and to cultivate folk non-governmental organizations.
