| 摘 要： | 将运动员作为一种资本的概念和提法一直被我国经济理论界所忽视或者回避，其价值构成更是难以度测。针对运动员人力资本的特性，试图从劳动价值论这一角度出发，探讨其价值构成，据此合理投入运动资本，优化资源分配，促进社会进步、经济发展。

| Abstract: | The idea of taking the athlete as a capital has been ignored and avoided in the Chinese economic theory.The capital value of the athlete is difficult to define.This paper discusses the athlete's human capital sources from labor theory of value in hope of inputting more money,optimizing resourse allocation and promoting social progress and economic development. |
