WO_3/MoO_3/SiO_2催化合成乙酸正丁酯

摘    要:用正丁醇和冰乙酸为原料,WO3/MoO3/SiO2为催化剂合成乙酸正丁酯,对产品进行折光率测定,同时考察醇和酸的物质的量比,反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响,确定合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:n(正丁醇)/n(冰乙酸)=1.6:1,催化剂用量为反应物乙酸质量的2.5%,反应温度120-130℃,该条件下产率最高达95.8%,重复使用催化剂,产品收率变化不大。结果表明WO3/MoO3/SiO2具有催化活性高、易回收、可重复使用、无废液排放等优点。

Abstract:With Butanol and Acetic acid, WO3/MoO3/SiO2 used as catalyst for synthesis of butyl acetate. Determination on the refractive index of the protuct, Simultaneously, The alcohol and acid molar ratio, the reaction temperature and the effects of dosage of catalyst and other factors were investigation. The optimal reaction condition was as follow:Acetic acid 0. 2mol, Butanol and acetic acid molar ratio is 1.6:1. catalyst is 2.5% of the total mass of Acetic, reaction temperature 120 - 130℃ ,Esterification rate of up to 95.8%. Reused catalyst has little effect on the yield. The results show that the WO3/MoO3/SiO2 with high catalytic activity ,easily recycled and can be reused and wastcwater discharge.
