| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发战略是中国经济社会持续快速健康发展的内在要求，是国民经济进行战略性调整的重要内容。加入ＷＴＯ将对中国新世纪的经济发展产生深刻影响，加入ＷＴＯ既为中国经济的发展开拓了一个新空间，又提出了新的压力和挑战。西部大开发必须适应经济运行空间的变化，抓住机遇，加快发展，力求从根本上缩小地区经济发展的差距。

| Abstract: | It is essential to developing Chinese western area for China's economical society keep sustainable development.Developing Chinese western area is also an importent part of China's adjustment of economical structure.A profound and longterm influence is inevitable to arise to China's economical development in the new century with such an access.Developing Chinese western area should be adapted to the changes of China's access to the WTO. The western should be cought the chance to get rapid development to decrease the area gab. |
