| 摘 要： | 高职学生管理是学校教育的重要阵地,在高职学生素质教育中,往往存在重管理轻教育的现象。在高职学生管理教育中仅从教育关口去尝试解决问题,并没有切中要害和对症下药。本文从高职院校学生的现在入手,从学校、学情出发,探讨学生管理教育问题,提出"管、教、学"一体化的管理教育思路。
