战后世界再就业培训战略及启示

20世纪70年代中期以来，失业问题一直困扰着西方。再就业培训是西方国家解决失业问题的主要对策之一。“失业救济”→“就业培训”→“创业培训”→“积极的就业政策”是西方国家再就业培训战略演变的整个过程和基本走向。长期的实践使他们在再就业培训方面积累了大量经验。在我国深化企业改革的今天，历史地探索战后西方再就业培训发展的基本走向与趋势，并借鉴其经验，具有重要的现实意义。

Reemployment training strategy and revelation in Post-World War

With the economy crisis, converting of economy system,it is inevitably to reduce the work force. The stability of the society as well as the economic development call for the carrying out of the re-employment training, which is intended to help laid-off workers gain job. And now,it has played an important role solving the unemployment problems. Reemployment training in three countries is introduced in this paper, UK ,Germany and France. They all have had a lot of experiences in reemployment training field. So there will be some indications to our country on the implement of reemployment training at present time.
