| 摘 要： | 本文以西北地区农村资源破坏严重为基本立足点，以可持续利用为视角，按照微观，中观，宏观的逻辑关系，对西北地农村资源微观，中观，宏观管理机制存在的问题作了分析，提出建立农村资源可持续利用因素与微观经营者增收互动机制；健康发展农村资源中观组织机制；重新定位农村资源政府干预机制。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems exis ting in the management mechanism in t he rural resources of northwestern region,which has been seriously destroyed.In sight of sustainable utilization and according to its internal logic relations,this paper puts forward suggestions:1.to bui ld an inter -promotional mechanism b etween the elements for sustainable utiliz ation;2.to develop positively a mid dle -organizational mechanism for t he rural resources;3.to fix up the governmen t intervention mechanism. |
