The Improving on Adjusting Enclosed Path of Transportation Problem

There is some need to properly adjust operation plan of transportation by using certain ways, and one of the ways is the method that must be engaged in adjusting negative checking datas each time when there are negative checking datas in the table of checking datas, but the method's work cost is very expensive. Meanwhile, it is pointed out that we can simultaneously engage in adjusting more than one negative checking datas achieving certain conditions when there are more than one checking datas in the checking table and therefore we will have reduced unnecessary work cost.
