| 摘 要： | 技性科学在不同的时期具有不同的涵义。当前国际STS学界对其理解主要包括两个层面,即微观层面与宏观层面。技性科学宏观层面的涵义指科学、技术、社会、文化与自然等之间的相互缠绕与冲撞,构成异质聚合体的网络。它具有"去中心化"、生态学意蕴与实践性等特征。这种涵义与特征隐含着深刻的创新意蕴,对理解和思考我国创新型国家建设以及科技创新的策略都具有重要的启示作用。

About Science and Technology Innovation under the Perspective of Technoscience |

| Abstract: | Technoscience had different meaning in different periods. It includes both the micro level and macro level aspects in current STS international academic circles. The meaning of macro level refers to the science, technology, society, culture and natural winding with a collision among a network. of hybrids. It has some characteristics such as decentralization, ecological implication and practical. The implicit meaning and characteristics have deep innovation connotation, which help to understanding and thinking of the innovative national construction and innovation in science and technology policy. |
