对我国高校招生融入教师评价权的思考

摘    要:在高校招生中有效融入教师评价权,将非智力因素与智力因素放在同等重要的地位,不仅能突出素质教育注重学生全面发展的要求,还能为高考减负,完善其选拔与评价功能,促进高校与考生达到"双赢"的目的。为确保教师正当使用其评价权必须从规范教师评价内容与标准、完善相关法律法规体系、建立教师评价监督机制与加强师德建设等方面入手。
