电击跳跃法建立动物模型的研究进展

在梳理文献资料的基础上,对电击跳跃法建立动物模型的研究进行述评,以期为后续研究提供理论参考。结果发现,电击跳跃法是近年来研究热点,其建模装置简捷、实用,但缺乏可控性;其动物选择经济、方便,但集中在鼠类;其刺激设置丰富、有效,但缺少统一性;其表现指标综合、系统、但简便性有待提升。未来研究应设计一种更加切合运动实践、能定量化、且可行性高的装置,这是研究的前提;依此还要建立相应的动物模型。

Review on Establishing Animal Model by Electric Stimulation Jumping Method

In order to provide theoretical reference for further studies,this article reviews literature of animal model by electric stimulation jumping method.The results show that electric stimulation jumping method is a research hot spot of animal model establishing in recent years.The modeling equipments of this method is straightforward and applied,but its controllability is inflexible.The selecting animals of this method is economic and convenient,but it focuses on murine only.The stimulation settings of this method is plenty and effective,but its identity is inconsistent.The performance indicators of this method is integrative and systemic,but its simplicity is inadequate.The concludes as follows： It ＇s important to design a sort of equipment and establish relevant model.The equipment should meet the sports practice,and be quantitative accurately and feasible highly.
