| 摘 要： | 江西省要实现在中部地区崛起目前还面临着许多问题,其中最主要的是经济发展与人才需求间的矛盾。要解决这一矛盾,作为人才培养重要组成部分的成人高等教育必须与时俱进。然而,当前江西的成人高等教育在人才培养模式上还是传统的“学历型”,这种模式培养的人才结构已不适应当前江西经济的发展,因而必须采取相应对策,促使江西的成人高等教育为江西的经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | At present Jiangxi province confronts many problems in the course of its development,the principal one is the contradict between economy development and the needs of talents.As an important part of personnel training,higher adult education must keep tune with the times in order to solve the contradictory.However,the current personnel training mode of higher adult education in Jiangxi is still traditional "academic type".The structure of talents educated by this mode doesn't fit in with the currently economy development of Jiangxi.So some relevant policy suggestions must be adopted to spur higher adult education on to serve its economy development. |
