| Abstract: | It analyzes the legal risk,collusion risk and the risk of information disclosure as well as their reasons through reviewing the problems of commission agent,joint plot and asymmetric information in China's property market.It aims at developing the countermeasures to avoid the risks of the property market and building a structural supervision system including: Legal supervision,self-regulation,administrative supervision as well as media monitoring and re-regulation. |
