高职烹饪专业产学研合作之路初探

摘    要:产学研合作是高职教育发展的必由之路,更是烹饪专业办出水平、办出特色的关键所在。烹饪专业产学研合作的重点是产学研合作教育,其合作模式宜多样化,而建立校企"双赢"机制是可持续开展产学研合作的关键,重视科研是提升产学研合作层次的重要手段。

Abstract:Cooperation of industry, study and research is a necessary way for the development of higher vocational education. And it is also the key to improving teaching quality, stressing distinctive characteristics of cuisine major. The author thinks that the key point of cooperation of industry, study and research in cuisine major is cooperation education of industry, study and research. In order to keep the cooperation of industry, study and research continuable, we must build up various cooperation mode and " mutual benefit" mechanism between colleges and enterprises. To upgrade the cooperation level of cooperation, we must attach the importance to scientific research.
