| 摘 要： | 目前，电子商务虽然已经发展到协同商务阶段，但．仍然存在一些问题，分析WebService的关键技术及WebService架构下的商业流程。将WebService应用于协同电子商务中，形成以WebService为核心的协同电子商务模型，优势明显。
