试论家族文化复萌中的政府责任

改革开放以来,家族组织再次出现。它是一种文化现象,而它的复萌政府也有一定的责任,主要体现在城乡失衡的国家政策、行政改革的缺陷两方面。对于毁誉参半的家族文化,政府应做好对它的管理与保护工作,使它成为社会发展的有利因素。

Government Responsibility for the Resprouting of Family Culture

Since the beginning of reforming and opening up,family groups come out again,which a lot of people think is the spread of feudal dregs.The author thinks that family group is a cultural phenomenon,and the government has certain responsibilities,which consists in the imbalance between urban and rural areas in national policy and administrative reform defects.To family culture,as much praised as blamed,the government should operate its management and protection,making it a favorable factor for social development.
