摘    要:中国现代远程教育在试点过程中出现了种种突出问题,引发问题的产生可能有多种因素,从宏观管理体制的视角出发对试点工作中产生的体制性障碍做一分析和阐述,并对建立适合中国国情的现代远程教育宏观管理体制进行构想。

Abstract:There are many acute problems appeared in the experimental unit course of the modem distance education in China. In this paper, these barriers have been defined from the angle of macro- administration system, and a primary conception how to establish a new modem distance education system in China has been suggested.
