摘    要:我国职业教育正在蓬勃发展,职业教育改革逐步深入,教师的专业发展越来越成为专业建设、学校发展、教育质量提升的重要议题。为加快教师专业发展,提升专业技能水平,国家、省、市教育行政部门大力倡导、组织、开展教师培训。很多职校教师都热衷于参加教育行政部门组织的培训,却忽视了实效性强、易开展的校本培训。本文从校本培训的现状入手,通过问卷调查、数据分析,查找存在的问题及其产生的原因,并从培训的理念、需求、内容、方式和方法、管理和评价等方面提出切实可行的改进策略,以期促进职业学校校本培训的有效开展。

Abstract:The vocational education of our country is booming and further reforming. Teachers'professional development has become an important subject of profession construction,school development and education quality lifting. In order to accelerate teachers'professional development and lift their skills,the education administrative departments of the country,provinces and cities are all advocating and organizing training for teachers. Many vocational school teachers prefer to attend trainings organized by education administrative departments,but neglect school-based training which is practical and available. This paper starts with analyzing the present situation of school-based training,and then finds out the problems and causes through questionnaire and data analysis. Next this paper proposes some feasible improving methods from the aspects of training concepts,demands,contents, ways,management,evaluation and so on,so as to carry out school-based training more effectively.
