外语课堂中的焦虑控制

摘    要:焦虑存在于外语教学课堂中,教师应根据学生心理特征和学习特点的差异,正确、适当地制造和控制课堂中的焦虑水平。文章从课堂提问、课堂点名、课堂评价以及教师自身四个方面分析了产生焦虑的原因,并提出了控制焦虑的适当途径,同时指出了焦虑控制带给外语教学的有益启示。

Abstract:Anxiety exists in the course of foreign language teaching and should be properly created and controlled according to different psychological factors and learning features of students.This paper analyses the courses of creating anxiety from four aspects as asking questions,nomination techniques,teacher feedback and teachers themselves in class.It also gives some advice on how to control the anxiety in class in order to help improve the quality of teaching English.
