| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理是个实践性很强的专业，如何在课堂教学中把理论的讲授和实践最大化的结合，避免纸上谈兵武的枯燥授课，案例教学法将是一种很好的选择。本文通过回顾案例教学法的优点，提出目前人力资源管理专业目前应用案例教学法存在的问题．最后给出提升人力资源专业案例教学法效果的具体措施。
